"Merge all" description

Where could I find what "Merge all" command is intended to do?
I understand that it is analog of "svn merge -g", but did not find any
description of that either.
TSVN's manual now says "Merge all" will
"... merge all changes from trunk to the branch you are currently working on",
but how does it know where the trunk is?
When I tried to run it, it returned PROPFIND error about some random
old branch not existing.

So, right now I do not see a way to evaluate it, short of going
through svn code ;-)
