I get an annoying 2 second delay showing "My Computer" during which I can
hear my floppy drive when using the settings as attached. Setting "Status
cache" to "None" doesn't get rid of it. Excluding "a:\*" does not get rid
of it. Deselecting "Show excluded folders as 'normal'" does fix the delay.

I think I now understand that the Drive Types option does not completely
disable overlays. Deselecting a Drive Type is overridden by both "Include
paths:" and also by "Show excluded folders as 'normal'". This was not clear
to me from the dialog layout.
