[TSVN] Bug report. Invalid commit Dlg layout.

Hi all..

I tested it for TSVN-1.4.99-r10916-32bits. Nightly build.

I attached capture files of commit Dlg.

Problems are occurred by follow way.

1. Clear the ¡°Dialog sizes and positions¡± data of Settins.

2. Open a commit dialog.

3. Maximize the commit dialog size.

4. Move the seperate bar(between ¡°Message¡± and ¡°Changes made¡± group
box) to the lowest bottom.

5. Restore the commit dialog size.

----- the first problem is occurred.

6. Maximize the commit dialog size.

7. Move the separate bar to the highest top.

----- there is no limitation.

----- the second problem is occurred.
