It's the auto-configure part that is what I don't like the most.
Just close your eyes for a second and think about the reports we will
get.... got it? Ok, I'll tell you:

"BUG!!! TSVN does not recognize diff-tool-used-by-two-users-worldwide".

and then in the mail body, various insults about TSVN being a crappy
tool to not recognize their favorite tool.

Or another one:
"BUG!!! TSVN breaks my-diff-tool"
TSVN passes not the correct params to my-diff-tool which makes it do
something-awful-for-me
