You are asking on the wrong mailing list. TortoiseSVN is a subversion
client. You are having server problems. You should ask this question
on the users at subversion.tigris.org list.

A little hint: don't use phrases like "please fix this". It is almost
certainly a problem in your configuration, not a bug in subversion, so
insulting the developers is not a good way to get help.
