Sorry, but no it isn't (with 10650) 8-(

Switching to overlap mode with "Link image positions" and "fit images
sizes" active first shows a correct image.
But when scrolling with +/- keys the zoom factor is immediately aout
of sync.
Scrolling with Ctrl-Mousewheel results in "TortoiseIDiff.exe hat ein
Problem festhestellt ..." (most of the time).

yep, that's clearer.

Can't reproduce a) and b) any longer (with 10650), and c) works as
expected.
