One thing, I miss on TSVN.net is a "Contribute"
entry in the top-level navigation. It should
cover things like:

* how to give feedback
* how to submit a patch
* how to help with documentation
  (including tsvn.net itself)
* how to help with translations

* how to build TSVN (just a pointer to the
  repository and build.txt)
* how do we stabilize & release

I am sure, most of that can be found *somewhere*
(tigris.org, mailing lists, tsvn.net) but maybe
we should lower the bar for contributions as much
as we can.
