Partly answering my own question, these files have svn:eol-style=LF
set. Maybe it is just the display in TMerge which has changed, and is
now showing me eol differences which were always there when I rebuilt
the pot file, but not previously marked as changed. (see separate
thread on that subject, in which I forgot to mention that I am using
r10478).
