HTML Escape in properties

I use Properties -> Subversion all the time to see the Subversion URL of
a file or folder. I love the way that it's pre-selected for an easy
copy-paste into documentation or emails for my co-workers. However, a
lot of our file names have spaces, and it would be useful to escape
those with "%20" since that is proper syntax for a URL.

Is that a possible feature? It would be even cooler if they didn't show
up on screen but were stuffed into the clipboard when copied, but I
realize that is asking too much.

Go Tortoise!
