NAS and subversion

Hi

I would like to setup an NAS system (DLink dns-323) to hold my repositories
(8 staff and only 2-3 will ever access the device). However I read that this
device uses EXT-2 for its file system. Is this compatible with tortoisesvn?
I do not plan on running a server version, just any machine that needs to
see the repos will install tortoise and access the repos in the normal
fashion.
