How do you detect what is a tag? I guess you look for a copy-from-path
that has no modifications? I'd propose to change that definition to "a
copy-from-path that has no modification but may be deleted". Sometimes
we delete tags for various reasons (they are still there, after all),
and now they stand out very clearly as they are not detected as tags.
