I'm using the same version of aspell (0.50.3) and it is ignoring the
CDATA sections. I was getting a heap of variables from the COM object
example script in tsvn_subwcrev.xml and when I put the script in CDATA
tags, all those went away.

What about all the do-not-translate parts in app_automation? I don't
remember if those get flagged.
