We don't follow always the Subversion releases, at least not for
bugfix releases. If we find a serious or really annoying bug in TSVN,
we release a new version even if there's no new Subversion version.
But we follow the Subversion major releases. That's simply because
those major releases include API changes in the Subversion lib, and
that's reflected in our code.

That's a good point! I think we really could use the filename in those cases.
