Log caching in nightly build

Hello,

I'm having some troubles with the log caching feature, with the latest
nightly build (didn't test before). Steps to reproduce:

(1) Create an empty repository

(2) From the new repo-browser, create a folder with a space in its
name (for ex. "spaced folder")

(3) (Probably not related, but the new folder doesn't appear in the
tree, even after pressing F5 or Shift-F5. You have to restart the
repo-browser if you want the folder in the tree pane).

(4) Create a sub folder of "spaced folder"

(5) Still from the repo-browser, do a show-log on the root. The result
is correct

(6) Then do a show-log on the spaced folder. No revision is shown,
which isn't correct. Note that the title bar shows "Log Messages -
spaced%20folder", which hints at a possible URL encoding problem.

I have had other strange behaviors, but they may be related to this
one, so I'll wait for a fix before reporting them :-)

Apart from that, the log caching mechanism is a welcomed feature,
thanks for the work on it!
