Subversion icons are not visible in Vista

Hi,
   
  I installed that latest version(TortoiseSVN-1.4.4.9706-win32-svn-1.4.4) of Tortoise on Vista Home Premium.
   
  And after having fresh checkout, I'm unable to see the Tortoise icons on folder.
   
  See the attached image with this mail for your reference.
   
  Please let me know how to solve this problem.
