Problem with Tortoise on Vista

Hi,

I just got my new laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.

1st I installed the version 1.3.5.6804 version of tortoise, but it wont work and when I tried to get my files from repository it always gives me the error of this error.

"Error: Can't create directory 'C:\Projects\xProj\Subversion\Docs\_svn': Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

Then I installed the latest version of it but still getting the same error.

somehow i copied the files from other computer and when i tried to update or commit the file, I got this error

Error: Can't move 'C:\Projects\xProj\Subversion\Documentation\20 Analysis\2.5 Detailed Requirement\Docname.doc.2.r4429.tmp' to 'C:\Projects\iLien Law Firm\Subversion\Documentation\20 Analysis\2.5 Detailed
Error: Requirement\Docname.doc.2.r4429': Access is denied.

I'm not able to figure out how to resolve this. also i noticed one thing that subversion folder name structure is changed from .svn to _svn. it tried to change it from settings as well bu my bad, no luck.

I'm sticked with this problem and not able to move my work ahead.

I really appreciate your help in this regard.

Thx,
Sawan
