Re: Bug with External Diff on Vista

Thanks everything looked good, absolute paths/filenames were enclosed in
quotes and no mysterious '?'.

I removed PerForce tools, rebooted, then re-installed, and now the PerForce
tools work without even specifying %base or %mine, so must've been a bad
PerForce install.
