[PATCH] Add 'Checkout Depth' Groupbox to Checkout Dialog

The r9522 nightly has a checkout dialog that includes a dropdown to
choose a depth option. This is good, but because it is visually similar
to the other controls it makes the essential task of choosing repo URL
and local path more confusing.

The attached patch moves the depth selection dropdown and the Omit
externals checkbox controls into a new "Checkout Depth" groupbox. (Maybe
someone has a better name.)
