Yep, the "OTOH ... update ..." was just an example weighing potential confusion
of a not-so-technically versed user a change of the OK button to a Refresh
button might cause. Delete all the "OTOH" until the close of the paragraph and
my suggestion of this button text change in case of the file monitoring thread
sets a flag stands.
