svn update and shutdown server

hi.
i got the error 'Expected format '3' of repository; found format '5'' then i
reboot my svn server. but! one user connected my server for updating files.
he was updating and disconnected with my svn server.

after reboot server, he retried updating but he got a error message
bdb: lock tables is out of avaiable locker entries. no space enough. ...

i think this is access error to locked db. what do you think about this
problem. how can i do?
