the pages you get when you browse a repository or the SVNParentPath url
with your browser is plain html. Subversion clients however use DAV, not
just html (otherwise they wouldn't really work).
And the SVNParentPath url doesn't do DAV at all, that's why you can't
browse that with the repository browser.
