Show Lock dialog before locking files

Hi Folks,

The "Show Lock dialog before locking files" is a great idea, but the hint
text is a negative explanation: "If unchecked, the lock dialog is skipped
and selected files are locked immediately."

I'd revert the option to match the explanation:

Option: "Skip lock dialog when locking files"
Hint: "If checked, the lock dialog is skipped and selected files are
locked immediately."
