unversioned items are displayed as 'unversioned'.
unversioned item inside unversion folder is not displayed at all.
unversioned item in added folder is displayed as 'unversioned'.

And for properties 'no status' means there are no properties set?

You didn't answer the question though. Does it matter if we show both
'normal' and 'no status' as blank?
