Because they will either sort by text status OR property status.

And it also requires that I'm specifically looking for files with for
example property only changes. What I'm looking for is an improvement
that will visually cue me that there IS such a case.

Other (better or worse) changes that would have the same effect:
- Writing "modified" in all caps.
- Using bold text type for "modified"
- Writing "-" instead of "normal"
- Replacing the texts with different colored icons (as in the log
dialog)

In the log dialog you can very easily spot a certain action while
scrolling through the list. I want the same effect in the check for
modifications dialog. Maybe small icons are the way to go here as well?

Anyway, as I seem to be the only one who finds it a neat idea I'll stop
pestering you about it. :-)
