Yes, 0x48f really is the 'unofficial' LCID for Esperanto. The problem
isn't the missing LCID, but the missing support for Esperanto in
windows. That means only the strings will look different if the
language pack is used. No change of sorting, date formatting, ...

btw: we might consider moving from LCIDs to use the RFC names instead:
