Oh. I'm having "SVN Check for modification" on the top-level, so I guess
my menu is a bit wider than the standard "SVN Commit...". (Not counting
misbehaving virus scanners that print the file name in the menu. :-P )

16x16 pixels for the whole icon and something like 6x6 pixels for the
icon itself. I do not really think it's enough, and it does surface on
the list every now and then.

Hmm... Well, that's too bad. I would suggest to add " - Folder" and " -
Shortcut" to those entries anyway, since they are more of a special
case, and usually need clarification when they show. I think the regular
"File" does not need a clarifying text (especially since it would be
wrong in the cases when you right-click a directory).
