If you have time to do so, then yes, please do!
Don't forget to also enable ipv6 support in apr (define APR_HAVE_IPV6).
And you have to patch Subversion to include the special header file to
make it work on earlier systems as well.

It seems the whole server from www.webdav.org is down. Not just the
repository, the website but also the mailing lists and the archives.
Seems to be a bigger problem over there.
We can't really do anything here about that. We simply have to wait
until the server is up and running again (it's not even possible to get
a tarball of the neon source right now).
