Commit dialog forgets starting directory after a failed non-recursive commit

TortoiseSVN 1.4.3, Build 9150 - 32 Bit -dev

What I did:
1) Start commit dialog form a versioned directory with two modified
files in one of subdirectories.
Commit dialog displays a directory it was started form in the caption,
and modified file paths relative to that directory -- all is OK.
2) Deselect one of files.
3) Make a failed commit (e.g. by leaving empty message).

What happened:
Commit dialog reopens, but it displays a path to first modified file
in caption, and displays only filenames instead of relative paths for
all entries.

This is probably related to duplicating commit dialog entries issue I
reported earlier.
