[bug] help document appendix D is missing the :unlock command

Hello TSV Developers,

I appologize if this is not the correct place to submit a bug. I read
the bug reporting instructions on the TSVN homepage and this seemed
like the correct method. So, here goes:

I was surprised that that "unlock" command was not supported by the
(TortoiseProc.exe) command line -- I could not find it in Appendix D.
"Automating TortoiseSVN" of the help documentation. So, I just tried
it ( /command:unlock ) and it worked! This should definitely be added
to the documentation :-)
