Feature Request: Attache change log messages to files

Hi!

Thanks for TSVN, it's a great tool and I miss it sometimes under linux.
However, I have a feature request. When I modify a file, it would be
great if I can attach a modified message right to that file. Once I
commit that file, the message is copied to the change log. Quite often I
modify a file, but need to do something else for a several days, leaving
this task unfinished. Once I get back to this problem after some days
and solved it completely, I need to check the diff to figger out, what I
did back then. If I could add/edit the comment right after modifying one
file, I could describe it better.

Solution: On every modifyied, added or deleted file or directory, a new
menu item "Add message" is available. Once I want to commit the files, a
button "get message from files" is available, if there is any message on
the files to be submitted. When you click it, it copies the messages
from the files to the message field (where you can edit it afterwards if
you want to). If a file is submitted, the message is deleted, no matter
if it was copied to the message field or not.

Regards,
Johannes
