Subject: PRoblem in downloading source from

Hi ,
I am having a Windows XP m/c. I hv installed MSVC ExpEd and
PSDK also. I am getting the foll. error when I try to download
source from http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/trunk through Tortoise SVN. I have special Downloading rights
in my office and not behind any firewall. I can access the above site through my browser.

Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/wireshark/trunk'
Error: PROPFIND of '/wireshark/trunk': could not connect to server (http://anonsvn.wireshark.org)

When I try to do "svn --version" on my cmd line , I get an error
"The application has failed to start because cygdb-4.2.dll was not found. Re installing the application may fix this problem"

What could be the error? Pls guide
