Feature: Icon Overlay Indicating Excluded For Project Directory

I just found the excluded path feature and I am using for my many oss
projects that I compile and don't modify. A nice feature would be to still
have an Icon Overlay on the root folder of the svn project indicating it is
excluded from Icon Overlays but is still under svn control. Its just a nice
visual when viewing project directories that have many entries some under
source control and some not.

BTW -- Awesome work guys, I have been running it on Vista with no problems
for a couple months now.
