Duplicating files in commit dialog after failed commit

TortoiseSVN 1.4.3, Build 9052 - 32 Bit -dev

What I did:
1) Modify some files in a _subdirectories_ of WC
2) Try to commit, e.g. with empty commit message

What happened:
After the error message commit dialog is re-opened, but files I tries
to commit are now displayed twice: once without path, and once with a
path relative to WC root.
