Well, I thought the "minus 1" is done in the merge dialog only when
you select a revision using show log, which gets the log information.
Can't you take the information from that log?
If you do not use show log to select the merge revision range, the
user enters the revision number manually, and TSVN uses that without
any further calculation.

However, I won't press further on this issue here. In the merge dialog
I can correct the revision number manually, it is no big deal for me.
I just thought it would be better to use the correct revision number
than guessing one.
