Parameter /startrev vs /revstart in tortoiseproc

Hi,

I've just noticed that there are parameters /startrev and /revstart (same
applies to /endrev vs /revend). This is confusing and I would like to name
them the same everywhere.

/startrev:
* cmdDiff
* cmdBlame

/revstart:
* cmdLog

So which do we chose and should we continue to evaluate the old parameters
for the duration of a major release?

I personally prefer /startrev and will replace /revstart with /startrev in
TortoiseProc, the calling functions and in the documentation. At the same
time I'll rename /revend to /endrev and /revpeg to /pegrev. I don't think
we need evaluate the old parameters. The change will be documented in
Changelog.txt and the parameters can be corrected quickly if needed.

Anybody object?

Tobias
