case-only rename problems fixed in subversion?

I just noticed that case-only renames are no longer an issue like they
used to be. According to the svn CHANGES file, it has been fixed since
v1.2.0, and indeed, it's possible to case-only rename a file in the repo
browser, and this does not give any problems that I could see when
updating the wc.

However, tsvn still includes a check that forbids making these case-only
renames in the wc. Are there any other case-insensitivity bugs known
that justify this restriction? It would be nice to be able to change
case in the wc instead of the repo browser.

Not really a big issue or anything, even regedit.exe (up to and
including on Vista) cannot handle case-only renames...

Regards,

Roel Harbers
