Delete file from subversion, keep locally

Hi folks,

I notice we now have the ability to delete a file from subversion but
still keep it locally. However, the context menu looks the same in both
cases so it is not obvious whether you need to use the extended menu or
not. Can I suggest that you use something like "Delete (keep local)" for
the version that does that.
