DUG doc - Unable to recreate menu with three TSVN entries

I am having trouble recreating[*] the following screenshot:

I was not able to reproduce the menu as pictured. In testing, I was only
able to get two TortoiseSVN menus to appear at once, not three. I tried
every combination of versioned/unversioned shortcut/file/folder and
single/multi-select I could think of. Perhaps the behavior changed since
this screenshot was taken? Or I'm just not doing it right.

Also, I was testing using the right click menu. I noticed the image is
an example of a file menu. When I tried with the file menu I seemed to
have found a bug. I'll send that in a separate message.

One more thing: The current filename (ExplorerFileMenu.png) is a little
too general. The image is an example of a Shortcut menu, showing
multiple TSVN menu entries. Perhaps rename to:

/doc/images/en/ExplorerFileMenuShortcut.png

[*] The extra menu item 'TSVNtestC' is slightly distracting. The first
time I saw the image, I thought this was one of the three TSVN entries
being discussed. The non-standard entries (Scan dug.xml, UltraEdit-32) can
be distracting as well.
