[Patch] Doc patches for DUG

I'm continuing to work on the DUG. See patches and images.

/doc/source/en/TortoiseSVN/tsvn_dug/dug.xml:
(19-21)Removed indentation to eliminate extra whitespace at end of link.
(32)Added intro sentance to "You should have..." list.

/doc/source/en/TortoiseSVN/tsvn_dug/dug_general.xml:
Changed 'are' to 'is' as 'icon overlays' (the feature) is singluar.

/doc/images/en/ContextMenuDirControl.png:
Created updated screenshot. One menu item moved. Slightly cleaner around
the edges.

/doc/images/en/Overlays.png:
Removed dotted line around last filename.
