Thanks a lot for the repo!
I could reproduce the problem, and I committed a fix for this in
revision 8901. It should be fine now.

And of course, I'll keep your data confidential - that goes without
saying. I haven't even looked at your data - the only thing I looked at
was the log messages and the debug info while I reproduced the problem.
