MSI: Specify Start Menu shortcut location

Hi,

one small feature I'd like to see in the MSI setup it a page / dialog
where to user can specify the Start Menu folder in which the
"TortoiseSVN" folder with its shortcuts gets installed. Currently, the
"TortoiseSVN" folder always gets installed into the Start Menu root,
from where I usually manually move it into my "Development" sub-folder.
Not much of work, but annoying. Furthermore, the uninstaller will not
delete the folder from there, as it still expects it to be in the Start
Menu root.

Thanks.
