Tested on http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk with the
official 1.4.3 and the latest nightly from trunk: r8851

1. Open /trunk and select "www". Drag it over "test" and back over "www". In
1.4.3 the cursor changes then dragging over the valid target "test" and
changes to to an invalid cursor when dragging back over the source which is
an invalid target. The cursor doesn't change in the latest nightly -
neither in the tree control nor in the list (Wrong).
Besides that valid targets are highlighted while dragging in 1.4.3 but not
in the latest nightly. (Would be nice)

2. Drag the folder "test" down over the files. The cursor changes to invalid
(OK). Drag it below the files. In 1.4.3 the cursor shows an invalid target,
in the latest nightly it shows a valid target (Wrong).

"SVN Copy" now sees to be the default instead of "SVN Move" which I think is
a good change.
