VPN connection support

It would be very nice if it would be possible to specify CONNECTION in
TortoiseSVN for given repository.
Then if we have VPN connection set-up (would even work with dial-up
connections), we could say TSVN to use it. This way TSVN would connect to VPN,
do all the necessary actions and disconnect when it is finished. Similar like
you can define CONNECTION for Outlook Express/Outlook or other microsfot
software that is connection agnostic.
At the moment before doing any SVN action I have to start my VPN connection,
and after i am finished - i have to disconnect (i do SVN actions twice a day -
so not worth having VPN open all the time).

I think this feature is very important, cause VPN is deployed in many
corporate networks, and I prefer VPN (seems like VPN+svn is the fastest option
and does not require any aditional servers like openssh/apache on windows
server).
Also this would be easy to implement - because there is windows infrastructure
for it.
What do you think guys?
