Bug: Diff fails to ignore keywords mechanism

From: Auke Jilderda <jilderda_at_dds.nl>

Good afternoon,

when setting the "svn:keywords" property to for instance "Id" on a text file
and including the "$Id$" keyword in that text file, Subversion automatically
expands the keyword to a defined string. When committing another textual
change to that file, the keyword is correctly updated. However, when
requesting a diff between the two versions of the file, TortoiseSVN includes
the expanded keyword string in the delta.

I would expect TortoiseSVN to behave like the command line and exclude the
expanded keyword string because the svn:keywords versioned property is set
appropriately.
