Doc question

Hi Folks,

In the server configuration section we got a little inconsistency.

In the apache docs we say: "Copy the file ...
<filename>/bin/libdbXX.dll</filename> ..."
In the svnserve docs we say: "Copy the file ...
<filename>libdb44.dll</filename> ..."

I reckon we are talking about the same file every time. If we want to be
compatible with future versions of libdb without having to update the docs,
I'd suggest to use "libdb*.dll" in both cases.

OK if I change the docs?

Cheers
- Lübbe
