So, right-click, go to TortoiseSVN->Update to revision, and enter the
revision from before the change happened. It will undo the updates.

Your suggestions still punish the user who knows what they're doing. I
accept that theres value to coddling the users who don't know what
they're doing, but not at the expense of the users who do.
