Have you also installed the new version on the machine with ip
172.31.166.202 and tried from there? Because it also simply could be a
'problem' with your domain setup, that you don't have it set up right
for user banzhoff on 'localhost', i.e. where apache is running.

And no, we haven't changed *anything* in TSVN. The only thing that
changed are the libraries (especially neon, which is responsible for
SSPI authentication). And we only used the latest versions of the
libraries.
