Display externals in repo-browser (was: 3 propositions for evolutions)

I agree that this would be useful feature. However, I think complete
integration is hard to implement.
I suggest instead to add context menu item 'Open externals' with
submenu containing svn:external directory names. This item should be,
of course, only available for directories having non-empty
svn:external property.
Clicking on submenu item should open new repo-browser window pointing
at the url of the selected item.
