[TSVN] Bug reporting. file list of dialog(for svn:external)

I tested it for TSVN-1.4.1-r8566 nightly build.

When I have the working copy with svn:external path.

In ¡°Commit¡± dialog, I can see modified files of svn:external.

But In ¡°Revert¡± dialog, I can¡¯t.

This is a test result.

* ¡°Commit¡±, ¡°Check for modifications¡± and ¡°Create patch¡± dialog
include the path of svn:external.

* But ¡°Revert¡± and ¡°Resolved¡± dialog do not include the path of
svn:external.
