Fun with URLs when repo relocated.

Copied some repos off the remote server to a local drive on the laptop.
Normally access is via http://IP/svn/RepoXXX but now using
file:///K:/svnRepos/RepoXXX.

After successfully committing some changes I decided to update to a
revision which would have been committed via http://.

Update failed because it wanted to use the old http://IP/svn/RepoXXX URL.
Update to a recent rev committed locally worked OK.
